Caleb Maskell serves as the Associate National Director of Theology and Education for Vineyard USA. He holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago, a Master of Divinity from Yale Divinity School, and a Ph.D. in the History of American Religion from Princeton University. Caleb has served as a church planter, pastor, worship leader, professor, and theological educator. He is passionate about helping pastors and churches integrate deep theological reflection with Spirit-empowered ministry, and he currently leads Vineyard USA’s efforts in theological education, pastoral formation, and leadership development.

Paul Watson is the founding pastor of the Downtown Vineyard Church, in Grand Junction Colorado and the Vineyard Regional Leader for the Mountain Region. He and his wife Linnea have two children (Brian and Brittany) and two grandchildren (Eva and Emmett). They have been in local church ministry for 39 years and love serving local church leaders.

Chuck Bomar is a pastor, church planter, author, and ministry coach with a passion for helping leaders and churches navigate change with wisdom, courage, and gospel-centered conviction. He is the founder of Colossae Church, a multiplying church movement in the Portland metropolitan area, and the author of the book “Pivot Now”, which focuses on helping churches reach the next generation, by equipping pastors to lead effectively in a rapidly changing cultural environment.

Phil Chorlian is the founding and Lead Pastor of the North Jersey Vineyard Church, which he planted in 1997, and was recently listed as one of the top 100 fastest growing churches in America. He serves as a Regional Leader for Vineyard USA, providing leadership and support to churches throughout the Vineyard East Region. A seasoned pastor, church planter, and coach, Phil is passionate about healthy churches, leadership development, and Spirit-empowered ministry. He and his wife, Norma, have four children.

Jay Pathak is the National Director of Vineyard USA and he also serves as the Lead Pastor of the Mile High Vineyard Church, in Arvada Colorado that he and his wife Danielle planted in 2001. Jay co-wrote the book, The Art of Neighboring, with Dave Runyon and is passionate about sharing his faith with the people around him is at the center of his calling.

A spiritual entrepreneur at heart, Jeff has launched multiple nonprofits and serves as senior pastor at Vineyard Church of the Rockies in Fort Collins, CO.  After spending nearly a decade serving alongside his wife (Natalie) in the inner city, Jeff developed a deep passion for preaching the Gospel & equipping leaders, which is now expressed as he serves the regional as the church planting mobilizer for Vineyard USA.  Jeff & Natalie share three kids who love Jesus and each other, and is contractually obligated in every bio to mention that he beat Jay Pathak in golf on April 18, 2026.
